Today opened at 10852 and currently trading at 10862. Nifty made a high of 10894, which is 75 points up from its last day high of 10819. The major players of the market, FII & PRO combined have a net position of -43000. Nifty Trend indicates “Buy”. The market is in up-trend and is likely to continue.

In the sector’s performances, among the Major sectors, Fertilisers and Agrochemicals has made an increment by 5.11%, Banks Private, Chemical, Financial Services and Metals and Mining, etc have shown growth by 4.33%, 4.01% and 3.69% and 3.68% respectively. Likewise, among the Minors, sectors like Packaging has made a growth by 4.10%, Beverages has increased by 3.82%, Services, Defence and Healthcare Services have made an increment by 3.29%, 2.98% and 2.63% respectively.

On the Global Front, The US Index, (futures), made a high of 3198 on Friday and had closed at 3187, which is currently trading at 3193. Hong Kong Benchmark Index, opened at 25860 today, the Index had closed at 25727 on Friday. Japan Index, Nikkei opened at 22637, which is above its last closing price of 22291, up by almost 300 points.

The US 10 Year T-Note is trading at 139.24. The Bond has crucial support at 117.42 made on 5th Nov 2018. The is trading at 96.343.
